Such a nice, professional, and efficient inspector. This guy absolutely rocks and wins your trust immediately upon meeting him. I loved his method and system for inspecting the home. Ask him about the "3 hats". As first time home buyers we were pretty nervous and worried but with Michael you're getting 30 years of home building experience, and it shows in every step he takes in the inspected unit. I hope he stays around for a while, I would love to use his services for the next homes to come. Such a great inspector and experience, 5 stars.

I know nothing when it comes to homes/condos, but Michael explained things in a way that was extremely easy to understand. The report is also very easy to understand and also does a good job of prioritizing which repairs need to be done first.

My husband and I recently had our dream home inspected by Michael from Quali-Inspec, and what a positive experience it was!! Michael is personable, honest, and highly professional. He made us feel comfortable immediately with his friendly demeanor, and explained every step of the inspection with great detail so that we would understand his process. He answered any and all of our questions happily (and there were many!) with poise and professionalism. At the end of the inspection, when he gave us a summary of his findings, I trusted his professional judgment and felt I could make informed decisions. Would I recommend Michael to friends/ family / anyone looking for a reliable home inspection? Absolutely, in a heartbeat! Thank you Michael.

We retained Mike to conduct an independent inspection of our property, and we were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise he demonstrated. From the very beginning, Mike approached the inspection with a very objective and impartial mindset, which was exactly what we were looking for. His priority was clearly to provide an honest and accurate evaluation based strictly on the facts and the actual condition of the property. Mike carried out the inspection with great attention to detail and a very methodical approach. He carefully examined the areas of concern and took the time to thoroughly document his observations. What stood out the most was his commitment to providing an unbiased assessment. He remained neutral and focused on presenting clear, factual findings rather than making assumptions or drawing premature conclusions. He explained everything in a very clear and professional manner, helping us understand the situation and the possible causes based on his expertise. Mike was also very patient with our questions and made sure we fully understood his evaluation. His willingness to take the time to walk us through the details showed how dedicated he is to providing high-quality service. It is evident that Mike takes his role very seriously and values integrity in his work. His objective and impartial evaluation gave us confidence that the information we received was accurate and reliable. In situations where a fair and professional assessment is essential, having someone as trustworthy and knowledgeable as Mike makes a significant difference. We truly appreciate the effort and professionalism he brought to the inspection and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a thorough, honest, and independent property evaluation.

The inspection was done with great attention to detail, and everything was clearly explained so I could fully understand the condition of the property. The report was clear, detailed, and delivered quickly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Quali-Inspec to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable inspection service. Outstanding work Michael!
